Terms & Conditions:

1. Shire Saddleworld will market and display the saddle in-store and/or online.
   
   
2. The saddle will remain on consignment for up to 90 days unless otherwise agreed.
   
   
3. Shire Saddleworld retains a 15% commission from the final sale price.
   
   
4. The consignor is responsible for the accuracy of the item’s description and condition.
   
   
5. If the item does not sell in 90 days, the consignor may choose to collect it or renegotiate the price.
   
   
6. Payouts are processed within 14 business days post-sale.
   
   
7. The saddle must be clean and in safe, sellable condition.
   
   
8. The consignor agrees not to list the saddle for sale elsewhere during the consignment period.
