About Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered when the cart total is $150 or more when posting to QLD, NT,ACT, NSW & SA.
Tasmania & Western Australia Free Shipping is offered when purchase is $200 or more.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatched within 3-5 Business Days from 123 Browns Plain Rd, Browns Plains
  • All items are sent via Australia Post or Star Track (for larger items) with tracking number emailed to you so you can see where your order is at all times! Track your order here.
  • We are not able to ship orders to post office box addresses
  • Regular Australia Post time 1 – 7 days, for rural areas this can take longer.
  • If goods are damaged or lost in transit then we will take responsibility for this. This rarely happens and we will deal with Australia Post to sort out any problems. Please notify us for a return of damaged goods or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame.
  • Local pick up is also available from Shire Saddleworld located at:

OUT OF STOCK

We are updating our stock levels on a regular basis but there may be occasions that someone has purchased the same item that you have ordered at the same time. As we also have a shop front that some items will be displayed in the item that you wanted may have been purchased by a customer in our store before we have had time to update the stock level in the website.
If this happens we will notify you within one business day and advise you of the revised delivery time if a re-order is available.
If we cannot re-order we will immediately advise you and refund your money. Does not apply to completed orders, please refer to our Returns page for more information.

Cancellations

If your order has not already been completed you may cancel your order by contacting us. Cancellations will incur a 2.6%+.30c fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Address Confirmation

When you pay for your orders with PayPal we will automatically ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. The Paypal address is eligible and confirmed by PayPal when you set up your account. No other address will be accepted.
