Returns & Exchanges
We are more than happy to exchange your product if you have made a wrong selection or changed your mind on the strict conditions that it is:
- Within 14 Days of delivery date (as per the tracking number provided)
- The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Must have all tags still attached.
- Please try on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks.
- Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke.
- We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket.
- We regret that Shire Saddleworld is unable to refund any shipping costs under any circumstance.
Tip! When making a purchase make sure to check the sizing charts provided, if you are unsure don’t hesitate to contact us as we are happy to advise the best option based on the information provided.
Sale & Clearance Items
- Sale or Clearance items may be exchanged where the size is still in stock
- Where the item is out of stock it may be ordered in at the original retail price (subject to availability)
- The difference in cost to be paid on return of the original item
- Where the item is out of stock and no longer available for order (discontinued, previous season ect) the item may be returned for a coupon code of the same value.

How to submit your return
There are two options for return; in store or online.
- Ensure your return meets all the ‘Return Conditions’ above, we have the right to refuse a return or exchange where the item is not in original, resalable condition and your item may be returned to sender.
- Request a return via email firstname.lastname@example.org using your order number as the subject and letting us know what you want to return and why. We will reply confirming your return request and return number.
- Send your item/s back to the address below, via a trusted postal method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Signature on delivery is recommended. Make sure to keep proof of your postage!

- Returned products will be assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. Assessment can take 1 – 3 business days after delivery
- Once your item/s have been received you will be notified and a credit coupon code to the value of your return (not including postage) may be applied to your name.
- This coupon has no expiry date and can be used at any time. This coupon can only be used in full, in a single transaction. Any unused, remaining amount of the coupon will be forfeited. Part usage is not able to be credited to you at this time.
- If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, there maybe the opportunity to have the item ordered in for you subject to availability. You may choose to pick up in store or have the item posted out to you. Any postage costs will be charged to you.
Please note: online coupon vouchers are not redeemable for shipping costs and must be used all at once.
- Ensure your return meets all the ‘Return Conditions’ above, we have the right to refuse a return or exchange where the item is not in original, resalable condition.
- Upon assessment outcome, you may be given the option of an exchange or credit note. Please advise staff if you wish to have an online coupon and one will be emailed to your account.
- If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, there maybe the opportunity to have the item ordered in for you subject to availbility. You may choose to pick up in store or have the item posted out to you. Any postage costs will be charged to you.

If you have received a faulty item we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: email@example.com with a photo of the item and it’s fault so we can arrange a solution for you right away!

If your order has not already been completed you may cancel your order by contacting us. Cancellations will incur a 2.6%+.30c fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.
