Track your order here. Regular Australia Post time 1 – 7 days, for rural areas this can take longer. If goods are damaged or lost in transit then we will take responsibility for this. This rarely happens and we will deal with Australia Post to sort out any problems. Please notify us for a return of damaged goods or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order.
