    We hold customer service very highly at Shire Saddleworld and want all our customers to walk away from their experience happy with the service they have been provided and loving their new purchases! If you have any questions about a product or the return process, please contact us as we are happy to help in any way we can!

    At Shire Saddleworld we aim to have the best prices around! 

    If you see the same item cheaper, let us know and we will either match it or beat it* Simply need to provide us with a hard copy quote or evidence of the price.

    Online Price matching: We will only match with online stores in the local area and the cost of post will be incorporated in the price. 

    *Please note: While we endeavor to match all prices, in some cases we may not be able to. E.g: Clearance items, Store Promotional items or where an item is not the same size.
