We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Where a wrong choice or change of mind occurs we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
The item must be in original, unused condition and packaging and a proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement)
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
We love playing an active part in supporting our equestrian community! We encourage all equestrian clubs, schools and riding groups to give us the opportunity to help out.

If you see the same item cheaper, let us know and we will either match it or beat it* Simply need to provide us with a hard copy quote or evidence of the price.
Online Price matching: We will only match with online stores in the local area and the cost of post will be incorporated in the price.
*Please note: While we endeavor to match all prices, in some cases we may not be able to. E.g: Clearance items, Store Promotional items or where an item is not the same size.
